InnoCell.
Newly launched in Science Park, Hong Kong’s R&D hub, InnoCell is a high-profile project for an innovative new co-living and co-working space. As a truly comprehensive branding and marketing project, InnoCell provided Mediam Rare with a unique opportunity to create a dynamic brand for an revolutionary new living concept.
In a city famed for sky-high rents and cramped apartments, Mediam Rare was tasked with a 360 brand build for InnoCell, Hong Kong’s first integrated smart-living property, designed to facilitate collaboration and nurture I&T talent.

We developed a dynamic and friendly brand identity, infused with a ‘tech-y’ touch.

An extensive tenant app, facilitating rental payments, direct debit authorisation capabilities, an e-wallet and access to smart living controls. In addition, we also designed an eApplication portal and other custom-branded on-site smart-tech interfaces.
