Energising Kowloon East Office.
Energising Kowloon East Office (EKEO) is responsible for steering and overseeing the development of Kowloon East and facilitating its transformation into another premier CBD of Hong Kong to support economic growth and strengthen global competitiveness.
Mediam Rare has been commissioned by the EKEO to produce a 7-minute documentary and a series of promotional videos focusing on the “Spirit of Creation” and the offices role in the transformation of Kowloon East, while showcasing their key project highlights and organisational milestones. The videos demonstrate the EKEO’s commitment to placemaking and community building, technology and innovation, urban transformation as well as improved mobility, walkability and connectivity.
